This handmade kitchen knife has a 52100 high carbon steel blade that keeps a good edge. The blade with naturally darken with use. The handle is natural yew stabilised with resin under vacuum and high pressure. The rivets are solid brass with a mosaic pin in the middle. The knife should be cleaned and dried immediately after use and the handle should be polished occasionally with beeswax furniture polish. The blade must be coated with a thin layer of food safe mineral oil for long term storage.
Never put your handmade knife in the dishwasher.
